No one knows? :(
Loading Image... for the screen shot/capture from my
brand new VirtualBox VM's 2 GB virtual HDD (already formatted and
rebooted from its virtual 3.5" bootable floppy disk) on my old updated
64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. I am using the files from
https://winworldpc.com/download/67e2809d-c3a3-27e2-80ba-e280ba11c3a4 web
page. What's wrong? :(

Nope, just best guesses, here is mine.
Ages old issue with 95 EBD used at installation time was that it was never adequate for the GUI program used to install 95 day one to the very end. Lacking in it was the loading of several memory aids needed to produce the GUI seen. Himem.sys, ifshlp.sys, dblbuff.sys, and emm386.exe had to be loaded in autoexec.bat file as the boot floppy was booted - but never was such a boot disk offered by MS. And there is a problem that must be addressed before such items as lousy virtual machine memory management can even be approached which is also a YUGE issue all by itself. I won't be able to help there, zero experience with any such horned creatures here.
